On the other hand, telecommunication and ICT sector which is directly connected with the rapid development of any other sectors mentioned in the priorities, has been new for most of the people living in the country because about 65.7% of the total population in the country lived in rural area where normally technology won’t touch. Apart from that, according to one of the researches taken in Middle East, a woman is 21% less likely to own a mobile phone than a man in low- to middle-income countries. And nearly 35% fewer women than men have access to the Internet in the region. The reasons could be:
